Once you approve the offer online, you’ll provide the documentation and information needed to process the contract paperwork. After that, you will sign the contract. Next, the payment gateway will be implemented into your e-shop environment. Once implemented, your login credentials for the client account will be securely sent to you.
Yes, you can. However, it's not necessary to create multiple accounts, as you can add and manage several of your online stores separately within a single account.

After submitting your login credentials and signing the contract, the deployment and implementation process takes place - connecting your online store with the 24pay payment system. Once the integration and testing (including a test transaction) are completed, your account will be activated in the system and you can start accepting payments from customers. All payment data is accessible through the user interface. Additional implementation details can be found in the implementation manual.

No, you’re not. You can choose the payment methods that best suit you and your customers. Only the methods specified in your signed contract will be activated during account setup. If you wish to activate or deactivate additional payment methods later, our team will gladly handle it for you upon request.
The statement of expenses (fees) related to the use of the payment gateway services is considered an official tax document.
Fees are deducted when the funds are paid out to the client’s account. Each payout overview also shows the total amount of all fees.
The 24pay payment gateway supports integration in all standard programming languages, including C, C++, Objective-C, Java, Python, PHP, and others.

A testing environment is, of course, available to both the developer and the client. Before the live launch of the payment gateway in your online store, it is necessary to perform a test transaction. Yes, we provide ready-to-use payment modules for CMS platforms such as WooCommerce, OpenCart, Magento, VirtueMart, and PrestaShop. For other CMS platforms, scripts or libraries are available on request for easy integration of the 24pay payment gateway.
