The contract signing and online registration process is quick and intuitive. First, you need to fill out the contact form on our website or reach out to us directly - by phone at +421 911 025 039 or by email at sales@24-pay.com.

Right after you submit the form, a sales representative will contact you. Together, you’ll complete the necessary information through online forms to prepare a price offer. Once you approve the offer online, you’ll provide the documentation and information needed to process the contract paperwork. After that, you will sign the contract. Next, the payment gateway will be implemented into your e-shop environment. Once implemented, your login credentials for the client account will be securely sent to you.

Yes, you can. However, it's not necessary to create multiple accounts, as you can add and manage several of your online stores separately within a single account.

24-pay s.r.o. will never ask you to provide your personal or login credentials via email. All official communication from us will only come from the domains 24-pay.eu or 24-pay.com. No other domain is used by our employees for communication.

24pay supports: EUR, CZK, HUF and PLN. The client is paid in the currency in which the e-shop operates.

Card payment, instant payments (via bank buttons), bank transfer, Pay by square (QR code), Google Pay, Apple Pay, payments via paysafecard vouchers, SMS payment.

A payout is the settlement of all fees related to the use of the payment gateway. 24pay transfers the received customer payments to your account at regular intervals, based on the schedule you choose when signing the contract.

Opening an account with 24pay is free of charge. Pricing is always tailored individually based on your company’s average turnover, average transaction amount and volume, experience and the potential of your online store. 24pay credits the funds received from customers to the client’s account at regular intervals, based on the payout frequency selected when signing the contract - daily, weekly, semi-monthly or monthly.

After submitting your login credentials and signing the contract, the deployment and implementation process takes place - connecting your online store with the 24pay payment system. Once the integration and testing (including a test transaction) are completed, your account will be activated in the system and you can start accepting payments from customers. All payment data is accessible through the user interface. Additional implementation details can be found in the implementation manual.

Your access credentials will be securely sent to you immediately after your online store is set up in our system.

The 24pay payment system enables the execution of transactions using selected cashless payment methods within seconds. Most payments are processed online in real time. 24pay combines an innovative solution, high-level security and advanced technologies to provide effective support for doing business online.

Funds are paid out in the currency in which the online store operates.

No, you’re not. You can choose the payment methods that best suit you and your customers. Only the methods specified in your signed contract will be activated during account setup. If you wish to activate or deactivate additional payment methods later, our team will gladly handle it for you upon request.

The statement of expenses (fees) related to the use of the payment gateway services is considered an official tax document.

Fees are deducted when the funds are paid out to the client’s account. Each payout overview also shows the total amount of all fees.
